this is the only shot you do pick the ball on top, other wise you’ll have no control of the ball and this is a shot meant from hole, so if you dont have control your going to get crashed on
back hands are low percentage shots for most levels. yeah they look cool, but i’m so much happier when my team just legs up and delivers an accurate shot. and i know that its meant for set but still rather have him roll out and take the sweep.
You guys are all retarded thats Chris Humbert!!!! one of the most best centers ever he dominated in high school, College, the olympics, and the in Greece on olympiakos. And the Euro’s who say we dont know water polo…. well unless you’re from Hun then you have no room to talk.

wow fast i kinda do it with spins cuz it gives it more power, but in the game when someone is playing with you its better to do it that way when u wanna pass or somethin like that
Even though your hand is going to end up on top of the ball, your focus should be to take your forearm/wrist to the spot on the ball nearest to you. And you should clear the ball from the water by rotating your arm (90 degrees) until your elbow is parallel to the surface. Then lead with your elbow back, the path of the shot right above the water’s surface.
